The target of MWF Cooling is to simplify the generation of complex coolings. All necessary steps are supported and accelerated.

After the selection of different cooling principles (polyline or riser), the software calculates solutions with manipulating a cutting plane at the running time by means of the tool geometry.

These results can be contacted simply and safely to a coolant network by using the 3D sketcher tool. This coolant network can – also with the 3D sketcher tool – be modified or created manually as well.

The required MWF holes are created automatically with a database; at the same time, the automatic generation of stoppers and separating plates ensures the cooling flow.

The advantages are obvious: the amount of time will be reduced considerably and thus, the development and process costs are cut down as well. In addition, integrated check routines reduce the error frequency enormously.
